Shipping Policy

I aim to dispatch your orders within 7 working days (excluding bank holidays). After dispatch, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. All orders are sent via An Post with a tracking process for peace of mind.

You will receive a confirmation email or a message via social media with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Please note that Craft by N is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply to your order. Any charges incurred during or after shipping (including import taxes, customs processing fees, or duty charges) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items

At Craft by N, I take great care in packaging your order, but I am not liable for items lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
